Arrived no one answered the intercom had to wait for a delivery driver to arrive so I could speak to someone. After waiting almost an hour was informed no one could pick up my parcel even though it had already arrived. Told to come back the following day at 8am, I rang there head office and was informed it wasn’t open until 10am. Went the next day at 10am and had a same problem told to come back on Monday morning. Using smoke signals would have achieved more and in a quick amount of time. Terrible customer service, if these people worked for in my company they would have lost their jobs a long time ago.
